Do you have a return or refund policy?
At this time, we do not accept any returns due to hygiene reasons and FDA compliance.
In the case the product does not work out for you, or you are not pleased with the results.

We are sorry to hear they didn't work out for you. To make it right, we have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please share the details with order number with us. 


Once a refund has been approved, please allow the banks (yours and ours) 3-4 business days to transfer the funds back into your account. Once the request has been received and processed, we complete an immediate transfer of funds. However, it takes a few business days to show up in your account due to the bank-to-bank transfer process.


All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded.

I changed my mind and haven’t opened or used the product(s). How can I return them?
Please contact us on hello@bykaycees.com with your order number, we will send you a shipping label to ship the goods back to us.

Damages and other issues

What do I do if I receive a damaged order?
We have taken many steps like tight packing, packing peanuts and extra sturdy packaging
materials to make sure the products aren’t damaged in transit.
In the case that they do arrive damaged, we are very sorry to hear about that.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item with pictures so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene purposes we do not accept used products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/ refund will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at hello@bykaycees.com. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Can I exchange the product(s) for other items from the website?
We are sorry to say that at this time, we do not have an exchange program. For further questions, contact us at hello@bykaycees.com. If something went wrong, do reach out to us and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Where is my order? How can I track it?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Once processed, expect an email to let you know your order is on the way with tracking information!
If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

What shipping service do you use?
Our default free domestic preferred Ground Shipping partner is USPS.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship all across the United States of America.

Do you ship to P.O. Box address?
Yes, we do.

Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, we do. Kindly reach out to us with order details on hello@bykaycees.com so we can set up the order from our end. This way the shipping address can be processed properly.

Where do you not ship?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping options. Once we are ready to open in overseas markets, we will certainly offer shipping to those countries.

Do all orders have free shipping?
All orders shipped via USPS Ground; ship free.

Where do you ship from?
We proudly ship from NJ. Depending on your zip code location from ours, it takes anywhere from 1 business day to 8 business days. That time includes order delivery to all contiguous states AND territories.

APO/FPO's have a different transit time depending on the deployment location. We will confirm this with you at the order creation time so you are aware of all details before you decide to go through with it. 

Is there a way to have the products have a faster transit time than USPS Ground?
For faster shipping via UPS - 2 day and Next day - Currently we do not offer free shipping on those shipping options. Please send us a quick email with order details, complete street address and we will send you an invoice with the discounted but calculated shipping rates.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes we do, however, once an order ships out we cannot cancel it.
The only other way to do so is, If you are open to sending the order back. We will be happy to provide with the return label.

At that time, we are happy to process it as an order cancelation and issue a full refund.
