Refund policy

At By Kaycee's, every product is crafted with intention and held to the highest standard of quality. Your satisfaction is our deepest commitment.

Returns If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@bykaycees.com  with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process with care and efficiency.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the credit.

Exceptions Due to the nature of our skincare formulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products, gift cards, or final sale items. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order details. We will make it right — promptly and without question.
