Refund policy

Unopened products, any order
Any full-size product that is unopened and in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email hello@bykaycees.com with your order number first, and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Opened products
For hygiene and safety, we can't accept returns of opened skincare. Before first use, please do a patch test: apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 48 hours, and check the full ingredient list for any allergies. If something you've opened doesn't feel right on your skin, stop using it and write to us. We read every message and will help however we can.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund the item, and you won't need to send it back.

Routines and duos (sets)
A routine or duo returned unopened and complete gets a full refund. If you've opened one product, the unopened products in the set can still be returned; we refund their share of the set price.

Holiday gifts
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned unopened until January 31.

Backorders
If something is briefly out of stock, you can still order it. We'll email you within one business day with a ship date, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Gift cards
Gift cards can't be refunded.

How long refunds take
We refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take another 5 to 7 business days to show it.

Cancelling an order
Email us before your order ships, and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, you can return it unopened as above.

Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order, or write to us and we'll help.

Return address
Please use it only after we've emailed you a label.
