Orders and shipping
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Every U.S. order ships free, with no minimum.
Where do you ship?
To all 50 states, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the U.S. yet.
How fast will my order arrive?
We ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). The carrier then usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Can I get faster shipping?
Not through checkout yet. If you need something by a certain date, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or write to us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email hello@bykaycees.com straight away with your order number.
What if something is out of stock?
You can still order it. We'll email you within one business day with an honest ship date, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.
What are the routines?
Three products, one for each step, together for less than buying them separately: The Comfort Routine, The Peptide Glow Routine and The Night Routine. An unopened, complete routine can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Trying and returning
What is the travel size in my first order?
While travel sizes last, your first order includes a travel size of one product you bought. Try it first. If the product isn't right for you, return the unopened full size within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Can I return a product?
Yes, if it's unopened and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. You get a full refund of the product price, and we email you a prepaid return label. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened skincare, but if something doesn't feel right on your skin, stop using it and write to us.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund it, and you won't need to send it back.
How long do refunds take?
We refund within 2 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take another 5 to 7 business days to show it.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not directly. Return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order, or write to us and we'll help.
Our products
Which cleanser should I choose?
Soothing Skin Cleanser is creamy and fragrance-free, for dry or sensitive-feeling skin. Vital Cleansing Lotion is a soft, fragrance-free everyday foam. Vibrant Cleansing Oil turns from oil to milk with water and is best for makeup and sunscreen days; it has a light natural scent from linden and rosemary oils.
Which cream should I choose?
Gentle Kiss Cream gives rich, fragrance-free comfort for dry skin. Daily Glow Peptide Cream is moisture with peptides, for mature skin. Good Night Cream contains retinol and is for evenings only.
Do I need all three steps?
No. A cleanser and a cream are enough to start. Add Youth Touch Serum if your skin feels dehydrated or you'd like a light layer under your cream.
Which products are fragrance-free?
None of our labels lists added fragrance. Soothing Skin Cleanser, Vital Cleansing Lotion, Gentle Kiss Cream and Good Night Cream are fragrance-free. Vibrant Cleansing Oil, Youth Touch Serum and Daily Glow Peptide Cream contain plant oils and extracts with natural scent components, listed on their labels (such as linalool and limonene). If you're sensitive to fragrance, please read their full ingredient lists.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
All seven are cruelty-free. Vital, Vibrant, Soothing, Youth Touch and Good Night are vegan. Gentle Kiss contains beeswax, and Daily Glow isn't labeled vegan.
Can I use them while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Don't use Good Night Cream during pregnancy, because it contains retinol. If you're pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, please ask your doctor before starting any new skincare.
I have sensitive skin or allergies. How do I choose?
Every product page lists the full ingredients. Try anything new on a small patch of skin, such as your inner arm, for a couple of days first. Fragrance-free doesn't mean right for every allergy.
Who makes your products?
We don't manufacture them ourselves. We chose them from an established professional cosmetic laboratory, and we stand behind each one.
Why does the Vibrant bottle say "Amino Acids"?
The ingredient behind those words is palmitoyl tripeptide-1, a peptide: a short chain of three amino acids. We'd rather you know exactly what's inside.
